Spiritual Lesson Plans · a three-minute experience
Take three minutes. We'll show you what you've been seeing yourself through — and what changes when we switch the lens.
Somewhere you're looking at yourself
through a lens tinted broken.
You've had it on so long, you forgot it was there.
Before we clean the lens
We're not going to tell you what you saw wasn't real.
Here's what actually shifts — not what you saw. What you were looking through.
Look at those three things through broken, and each one reads like proof — permanent, unsolvable, the truest thing anyone could say about you.
Look at the exact same three things through whole instead. Not a lens you earn once the view is cleaned up — the one you're actually seeing through underneath, the whole time. From there, the same three things look different: real, still worth taking seriously, and temporary. Difficult. Not you.
The healing was never in scrubbing the view clean. It was in changing the lens.
The clean lens
"Man is God's reflection, needing no cultivation, but ever beautiful and complete."
— Science and Health, Mary Baker Eddy, p. 527:4
It was never you. It was the lens.
That's the whole thing. Three minutes, and nothing about you needed fixing to begin with.
